Just want to share a few of my favorite photo's taken for some new friends......

This was a "rock the dress" for their 5yr anniversary.....

It was a pleasure to capture these for such a sweet couple!

Chalkboard.....

Today I share with you...........my new chalkboard!!

I don't know about you, but I love chalkboards! Seriously, I could have one in every room and wall!!  hee!

For this , I used a frame from an oil painting that we were no longer using.  However, I love the big chunky frame and hated for it to go to waste. So what to do???  Rip out the oil painting and make a chalkboard.....perfect-o!!!  The materials that I used are: ply-wood and CHALKBOARD PAINT
I used black but they have  many other colors.

I love that I can personalize it for different Holidays and special occasions.

So there you go..... oil painting turned chalkboard...much better ; )

What we've been up to.......

Baseball.....

lots of baseball...

Dawson was on the All-Star team this year -we are very proud of him.

He played 2nd base and pitched .... pitching is his favorite.

Summer Camps.....

Avery went to Girl Scout camp...

they were the ladybugs.

a long overdo date night.....

in down town Nashvegas!!

we stayed at the HUTTON HOTEL .....

ate at TED'S....

and went to U2 360 TOUR

I'm trying not to think about our Summer almost being over.....

Sadly, it's coming to an end way too fast!

Happy {4th} of July....

 Just wanted to share my Forth of July wreath I put together for the front door.....I see more of these pinwheel coming for different seasons and holidays. They are so fun and easy!

And....we couldn't leave Pilot out for this Holiday ; )
