Wordless Wednesday: at the Fair

We love our Fair......

Organizing binge..

I don't know about you, but there are so many areas in, not only my house, but my life right now that need some major organizing!!

When the kids started back to school I told myself I was going to spend my days..getting organized!

They are going on their 4th week now and I am almost done  have not started. (wish I didn't have to cross that one out).

However, I have took some time to do some research on how to get started and gather up some inspiration....

and wanted to share with you!

***Shutter Reveal***

Finally sharing my old shutters that I got at the Nashville flea market a while back.
I usally go to just "look" but this time I was "on the search" for some old shutters.....
and luckily I came arcoss these beauties ; )

I love that they are not your average white shutters but they have this lovely teal-ish greeen chippy paint on them....... they are missing a few pieces but, I think that just adds more charm .....

Now I just need to make a book page wreath to hang from it and ....I'm done!

{A great way to end our Summer!}

We took a little trip to Fall Creek Falls this past weekend. It has been long over due! It's such a beautiful place only a couple hours away from us. We can't wait to go back in the Fall when all the leaves are changing ......and who knows .....maybe we'll even go a little farther to see some FRIENDS ; )

 

This was at the bottom of the falls...... the sun flair was pretty cool.

at the bottom of the bridge we had this beautiful creek all to our selves.....

the cascades where A and D had fun sliding down the rocks.....
